Building Resilience in our Children
The DuPage Regional Office of Education and Dr. Melissa Sadin invite the public to join them for a live-streamed event as they share the impact social distancing and social isolation had on students, parents, and teachers. Dr. Sadin, and expert on developmental trauma, will explain the impact of the pandemic on children. She will also discuss how it may have affected you! Specific strategies for supporting your children and healing from the pandemic will be provided. Participants will leave this Livestream YouTube session with hope for a brighter future. Tune in on Tuesday, Jan. 25th at 6:30pm CST to the DuPage Regional Office of Education channel on YouTube for this free public event for parents and educators.
