Project Based Civics for Middle School Classrooms
The new Illinois Social Science standards provide an opportunity for classrooms to explore essential questions that incorporate students lived experiences while building literacy skills and social emotional competencies. Collaborate with others as you engage in sample inquiries with FREE resources to enhance your classroom practice. Analyze project based assessments aligned to standards that not only measure student growth, but enhance learning. Participants are encouraged to bring technology and will have time to explore resources and apply learning. Appropriate for grades 5-8.
