The DuPage Instructional Coaching Network (ICN) supports Instructional Coaches in DuPage County and the surrounding area. The ICN focuses on fostering a community of learning, growth, and collaboration. Through our regular meetings, we seek to deepen our understanding of best practices in Coaching and develop the skills necessary to support our colleagues. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment to share our experiences, reflect on our practice, and receive feedback. Our goal is to empower and inspire each other to be the best instructional coaches we can be and, in doing so, positively impact the lives of students and educators alike.
