Building Capacity and LGBTQ+ Curriculum Considerations
In response to HB0246, this event will be a robust learning opportunity focused on building capacity of LGBTQ+. Critical information will be offered from ISBE, local districts, medical, legal and policy experts. Discussions on emerging trends will take place, and preliminary curriculum considerations at every level, K-12th grades, will be explored. A powerful panel of students will reaffirm our commitment to equity. BOE members are welcomed to attend. Boxed lunch included.
